2. Orders and Chapter Bookings

An order or chapter booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation by Cerebral Link.

Customers and authors are responsible for providing accurate names, affiliations, addresses, manuscript details, authorship information, and other information required to process their orders.

Cerebral Link reserves the right to reject or cancel an order involving fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, plagiarized, or inappropriate content.

7. Indexing Policy

Cerebral Link may facilitate publication metadata and online discoverability. However, indexing services and academic databases operate independently.

Cerebral Link does not guarantee acceptance or continued indexing in Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, DOAJ, Google Scholar, ResearchGate, or any other third-party platform unless such outcome is directly within its control.

Any reference to indexing eligibility, submission, probability, or expected discoverability should not be interpreted as a guaranteed indexing outcome.

8. Academic Writing Assistance

Where Cerebral Link provides writing, editing, language improvement, formatting, or content-development assistance, the author/customer must review the final material and ensure compliance with applicable academic and institutional requirements.

Cerebral Link services must not be used to facilitate plagiarism, fabricated research, false authorship, academic impersonation, or other academic misconduct.

Printed books and other physical products are subject to the Cerebral Link Shipping & Returns Policy.

Customized, personalized, or print-on-demand products may not be eligible for return merely because the customer changes their mind.
